The possibility to clarify the nature of activity of different types of
young stars by means of ob- servations from orbital observatory WSO-UV
is considered. These types include Herbig Ae/Be stars, T Tauri stars,
brown dwarfs and FUORs. The problem of interstellar extinction law
toward star formation regions is also discussed.
