Starting from cosmic ray transport equations, the transport in a sheared medium is analytically studied by mathematical models. In each scattering event, the particle momentum is randomized in direction but its magnitude is conserved in the frame moving with the fluid. Fokker-Planck coefficients are introduced and transport equations are derived.
