A calibration will be performed to determine the absolute sensitivity of the FOS detectors. Five spectrophotometric standard stars are available to be observed in each reasonable detector-grating combination (a total of 11). The data from these stars will be averaged to form the pipeline response function for the FOS. The stars chosen cover a range of magnitudes, and will also be used to verify the laboratory paired-pulse correction.
