The parameters of absolute horizontal oscillations of 29 sunspots have been calculated using the data of the new Debrecen photoheliographic catalog for 1977. It is shown that the measure of difference between the periods of longitudinal (Tλ) and meridian (Tφ) oscillation modes AST = (Tλ-Tφ)/(Tλ+Tφ) is the function of the heliographic latitude.
