From a new spectroscopic study of the components of AH Cephei, and the recent light curve solution of Bell et al. (1986), new absolute dimensions are derived for the components of this early-type system. Measurements of equivalent width give a true light ratio of 1.3 + or - 0.3. The absolute visual magnitudes are -3.5 + or - 0.4 and -3.3 + or - 0.2, for the primary and secondary, respectively. These results show that AH Cephei is a detached main-sequence system having an age of about 6 million yr.
