High-resolution spectrograms of the two YY Orionis stars VZ Cha and S CrA are presented. The S CrA spectrograms show the typical YY Orionis profiles familiar from earlier investigations. However, the redward-displaced absorption components of the emission lines appear significantly enhanced. The resolved emission line profiles of VZ Cha turned out to be quite different from all YY Orionis stars observed so far with high spectral resolution. The differences can be explained assuming different inclination angles and a different extent of the free fall region of these two mass accreting T Tauri stars.
