Observations of maximal phase of solar eclipse (29.03.2006) were made in a wide centimetric range of wave lengths (1.03 - 30 cm) on two sectors of radio telescope RATAN-600 by two various methods. Modeling passage of the Sun and the Moon through knife beam of the antenna at the moment of the maximal phase of solar eclipse was executed. Comparison of results of such simulating with the results received at processing of real observation, had allowed to define physical parameters of external layers of the solar atmosphere.
