The periods of free translational oscillations of the Earth core into the elastic mantle have been determined as 4.06 h, 4.89 h and 3.47 h. These periods (or close) and some derivative from them are observed in variations of the Earth rotation and in many others geodynamical, geophysical, biophysical and physical processes. The description of the some from them is given in the report (variations of the level of ground water, of the decontamination, variations of microseisms, variations of geoelectric parameters of rocks, and others). The main analytical result is the calculation of expression of elastic energy of the mantle deformed by the core by the definite relative displacement of the centers of mass of the mantle and the core. The solution of the problem of elasticity about deformations of the Earth mantle due to gravitational influence of the moving core has been used as base (Barkin, Shatina, 2004, 2006). We consider the mechanism of free (and forced) relative translational oscillations of the core and the mantle of the Earth, leading to variations of the tensional state of the mantle and to the mass redistribution, as a potential mechanism of observed variations of the Earth rotation and planetary natural processes in the interhour diapason.
