The nonlinear parametric interaction of a whistler with a high frequency electron acoustic wave and a kinetic Alfven wave in the auroral magnetosphere with a low plasma parameter β is considered on the basis of the two-fluid magnetohydrodynamics. The nonlinear dispersion equation for three-wave interaction, instability growth rates, time and threshold of development of parametric instability are found. The theoretical results are used for the analysis of experimental data obtained during satellite investigations.
