An intermediate energy Deuteron POLarimeter DPOL has been developed at RIKEN. It was designed to measure all components of the deuteron polarization by using the dvec+C elastic scattering and the charge exchange 1H(dvec,2p) reaction in a CH2 analyzer. The calibration in 1995 confirmed large vector analyzing powers for the former, and useful tensor analyzing powers for the latter reaction over 230-270 MeV. .
