Chondrites:Metals
Scientific paper
The authors examine the structure of the metallic grains in several
chondrites in three dimensions. They report on the interrelationship
between kamacite, taenite, tetrataenite, troilite, and silicate phases
and show the effects of random sectioning of taenite grains on the
measured chondrite cooling rates.
