In solar wind, current sheet structures can be found frequently. The current sheets occurrence rate may be related to the solar wind speed and heliocentric latitude. During the ULYSSES mission, the magnetic field and plasma observations have been lasted about two solar cycles, from 1990 to 2011. The ULYSSES spacecraft can leave the ecliptic plane and reach a high heliocentric latitude. By using ULYSSES observation, a statistical analysis of the relationship between current sheets occurrence rate and solar wind speed are presented. More frequent current sheet occurrence rate occurs in the fast solar wind according to the ULYSSES observation.
