A method of detecting wavelike disturbances at heights of 200-400 km, based on the measurements of variations of the ionospheric Alfven resonator eigenfrequencies, is developed. The amplitude of these variations /ΔF increases significantly after the solar terminator crosses at sunset. The period of this variation varies in the interval from 30 to 60 min; the relative amplitude of the variation lies in the range 2-5%. /ΔF variations can be connected with the generation of internal gravity waves at heights about 200 km.
