The H-maser is an essential frequency reference standard for radio astronomy. This paper provides information about the design and specification of a new generation of the H-maser for the Chinese mobile VLBI stations, including the improvement of the cavity-bulb, magnetic shields and atomic beam optics. The performance measurements show that the frequency stability is a little better than 1*E-14 for time interval from 80 s to 1 day.
