Relative intensities of emission lines observed in the nebula PK 60-7.1 deg in the year 1976 are presented. The spectrum shows characteristics of medium or low excitation. Some change in the spectrum as compared to its appearance in 1960 is suspected. The spectrum may be fitted to theoretical models of a nebula in a nonequilibrium state, although by no means uniquely.
