We propose a scatter-free acceleration process in the parallel shock region. Although the difference of the wave phase velocity in both side of the shock leads to the acceleration, this process is different from the classical quasi-linear pitch-angle scattering but related to the phase trapping in large amplitude Alfvén waves. Velocities of accelerated ions increase about 10 ~ 15 [Va] in 10 ~ 20 [Ω-1i] (~ 2 ~ 3 gyro-motion), which is as fast as the shock drift acceleration process working at (quasi-) perpendicular shocks.
