This talk with review current, state-of-the-art in-situ space plasma
instrumentation with an emphasis on those of primary application to
investigations of geospace plasmas. Both field and particle techniques
will be covered. Issues concerning their use in upcoming
multi-spacecraft missions will be addressed.
