The critical content of monopoles, with which the horizon of the metric for the rotating object would disappear, and the saturation content of monopoles in a relativistic rotating object are found. Although the critical value cannot be reached, induced nucleon decay by monopoles prevents the massive object (galactic nuclei and quasars) from collapsing into a black hole. For a fast rotating collapsed object, with radius close to the Schwarzschild radius, the saturation content of monopoles in the polar regions is much more than that in the equator region, if a/R or = 6.5*0.01.
