A relativistic kinetic equation is derived for the single-particle distribution with an accuracy to second order terms in the coupling constant. The interaction is described within the framework of general relativity theory. The kinetic equation for gravitationally interacting particles is similar to the Belyaev-Budker (1956) kinetic equation for a plasma. This equation is applied to a system consisting of massive nonrelativistic particles and ultrarelativistic particles with a zero rest mass.
