About 900 PNe candidates have been found by the Macquarie/AAO/Strasbourg Halpha PNe project using the AAO/UKST Halpha survey.Ongoing radio survey of statistically significant subsample of PNe from this catalogue aim to detect about 70% of objects at 8.6 and 4.8 GHz. This proposal seeks to use ATCA observations at lower frequencies (2.4 and 1.4 GHz) in order to qualitatively examine radio spectral distribution of this type of objects. Spectral indices and critical frequencies obtained in this project will be used to determine optical thickness of objects in observed frequency range and to give insight in evolutionary stage of MASH PNe.
