With the use of revised within the quasiclassical approximation the values of
parameters of the Moliere multiple scattering theory it is shown that the best
agreement of the Migdal theory of the LPM-effect with experiment achieved if to
describe the electron-atomic scattering the quasiclassical approximation is
used instead of the traditionally used Born one.
