The derivation is presented for a discrete model of space-time which is, in a sense, Lorentz invariant and allows any relative velocity between particles in the range from zero to the speed of light. The space-time model is developed through use of the k-calculus developed by Bondi (1965) in a formulation of special relativity. The space-time has a built-in indeterminacy.
