The algebra of observables of $SO_{q}(3)$-symmetric quantum mechanics is
extended to include the inverse $\frac{1}{R}$ of the radial coordinate and used
to obtain eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of a \q-deformed Coulomb Hamiltonian.
