A stellar photometer is presented. It is based on the Magneto-Optical Filter (MOF). The aim is to detect magnetic and velocity signals on stars. The photometer is able to maximize the collection of photons. As far as the magnetic field measurement is concerned only the transverse component of the magnetic field that should provide detectable U and Q Stokes parameter (linear polarization) is considered. Tests on the Sun are part of this program.
