A bibliographic search and photoelectric and photographic observations were carried out to determine the stellar U, B, V, R magnitudes. Estimates are made of the accuracy and limiting stellar magnitudes for different observational material. Photoelectric photometry results are presented for three regions of the sky. It is concluded that the observational material and its processing results are accurate enough to be used for problems solved by the MEGA program.
