A preliminary evaluation is presented for the identification of the Kedarath Fountain-Pond in Gujarat as an irregular, old, and eroded Meteor Impact Crater. The Kedarath Pond appears to have been formed by the impact of a small asteroid or a cometary nucleus no more than 150 m across; the impact was at very low incidence angle, raising an arc-shaped earth-collar about 100 m high. The asteroid is suggested to have been made of sedimentary material.
