A posteriori estimation of orbit prediction errors for low-altitude satellites was carried out using an orbital data bank. An a priori error model based on a stochastic representation of atmospheric disturbances was also developed. Agreement of the a posteriori and a priori models made it possible to determine the parameters of the atmospheric density correlation function under different conditions.
