We present the results of deep ROSAT HRI observations of the region around the network synthesis position for the soft repeater SGR1900+14. The strongest x-ray source (0.1-2.4 keV flux 7×10-13 erg cm-2 s-1) has a position consistent with a small network synthesis error box and the KONUS localization for this source, as well as with a peculiar infrared source. The quiescent soft x-ray characteristics of the three SGR's appear to differ widely.
