The possibility of using pulsar observations to determine the location of an equatorial system of coordinates relative to a reference frame formed by vectors directed toward extragalactic radio sources is considered. The system is based on the combined use of interferometric and time-of-arrival observations. The problem is solved in the first approximation and it is concluded that the present method can be used to eliminate ambiguities which arise in astrometry.
