The purpose of this system is to perform a global system for continuous operational monitoring of the earth's environment in order to detect and mitigate natural disasters and human-induced accidents by launching 26 earth observation satellites at low altitude, sun synchronous and earth circular orbits together with 6 data relay satellites in geostationary orbit. Any locations in the world could be observed by the system at least once a day with 20m resolution, and so irregularities and environmental changes will be able to be detected immediately, and more precise observations of the damaged areas will also be possible several times a day with 2m resolution. Using this system immediate availability of information to any country in the world is made possible. Information collected on disasters will be collectively offered to the countries concerned.
