From an examination of a 4.5 x 4.5 deg field situated to the SE of the star 45 Oph, 185 proper motion stars are detected, doubling the previously known number of this type in this field. Photoelectric measurements of 23 of these proper motion stars, and of 85 stars in the galactic open cluster NGC 6405, are given, in addition to A(pg), A(B), and A(V) values for different objects including the clouds A and B located within this field.
