We show that the mathematical solution of the transfer equation given by
Le Guet and Pacheco (1973) for the propagation of cosmic nuclei is
incorrect. We give the correction and find that in certain cases the
diffusion coefficient can differ by about an order of magnitude from
that obtained previously.
