A design for a large grazing incidence XUV telescope was done based on WOLTER II sector optics and using mechanization of the main optical assembly to provide image stabilization and focal plane switching is presented. An examination of two principal instrument candidates for the focal plane is also outlined. The implications of the telescope design on ground assembly, integration, testing, cost, and on related programmatic aspects are also given.
