Minor planet (5604) 1992 FE was observed from several sites over a period of 17 days (64 rotations) during May and June, 2002. Lightcurves obtained on eight nights with unfiltered CCDs have yielded a rotational (synodic) period of 6.026 ± 0.009 hrs. The lightcurve exhibits two maxima and two minima, with a total amplitude range of 0.15 ± 0.05 mag.
