An example of a cosmological model with variable gravitational coupling G and a time-dependent cosmological term Λ, has recently been presented. It has been shown, that there is no creation of matter and that the rest mass of particles stays constant in this model. In this paper the author generalizes the field equations to the case where both G and Λ depend both on time and position. It is shown that even in this case there may be no creation.
