We construct a non Abelian model for SU(2) $QCD$ in Euclidean
three-dimensional spacetime and study its different phases. Our model describes
the interaction of correlated monopole and center vortex fields, together with
effective gluon fields. We interpret the possible phases in terms of the
degrees of freedom which become relevant to each region in parameter space.
