A milti-fluid, three-dimensional model of the heliospheric interface developed by tet{Kryukov:Pozaog04,Kryukov:Pozaog06,Kryukov:Pogo07} is implemented in the Chombo adaptive mesh refinement (AMR) framework. In this model, the charged component is described by ideal MHD equations, while different populations of neutral atoms are governed by separate sets of the Euler gas dynamic equations. The systems are coupled via source terms describing collisions and charge exchange between neutral and charged particles. We show the first 3D results of the application of our multi-fluid code to modeling the solar wind - interstellar medium interaction.
