This paper introduces a new temperature-stabilization circuit for the 3 mm oscillator on the 13.7 m radio telesocpe, which is located in Delingha, Qinhai. The operating mode of the new circuit is different from the original switch mode. The 3 mm oscillator with this temperature stabilization circuit shows good stability. The output-power variation of the overall receiver system has been improved significantly.
