We propose a new parametrisation of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa Matrix in
which the approximations of the standard parametrisation, $|V_{cb}|\approx
s_{23}$, $|V_{us}|\approx s_{12}$, are promoted to exact results.
