On cosmic scale a new mechanics is valid, in which the Universe is in expansion-collapse and we have initial and final singularities. This mechanics can be developed from the de Sitter hyperspherical Universe of radius r and the Fantappie group. It follows that the mass varies with the velocity and space-time distance, and a new law of equivalence I = m·r2 between the polar momentum of inertia and mass is valid.
