We propose to study a new magnetic cataclysmic variable that was discovered in outburst, but is now accreting at a very low rate. From the spectroscopy we will measure the masses of the primary and secondary stars, the accretion rate and the estimate the strength of the magnetic field on the white dwarf primary. We will also study variations the secondary mass loss rate on 10 minute time scales.
