A copper grain in the Mayfield chondrite surrounded by troilite contains
up to 2.1% Ni. This provides a better measure of the Ni content in
meteoritic Cu alloy than a former measurement which required a
calculated correction for fluorescence effects from adjacent Fe-Ni
alloy.
