A new conformal creation field cosmology is considered and it is found
that a negative energy scalar field nonminimally coupled to the
gravitational field gives rise to creation and, in contrast to
Hoyle-Narlikar theory, no a priori assumption about the rate of creation
is required to solve the field equations.
