Results of the Kholod-80 experiment are analyzed by using a three-point dispersion that is independent of the distorted low-frequency angle harmonics of the signal being analyzed. After the removal of noise related to the nonthermal radiation of the Galaxy (with a spectral index of 2.55) and noise associated with atmospheric water vapor, a correlated signal of unknown origin is detected which is characterized by a point dispersion with a maximum at 3.5 deg and a dip at 5 deg. The possibility of attributing this signal to fluctuations of the relic background is discussed with reference to the latest data of the COBE experiment.
