Scientific paper

A multimode structure of the circular horn antenna in five millimeter
bands is described. The relative amplitudes of the higher order modes
are calculated and synthesized. A new horn radiator design is given.
Experimental results show that the sidelobes as low as at least -30dB
are achieved in the E- and H-planes.
