A theory of weak interaction is proposed on the basis of a revised Nagoya model where it is suggested that there are tow kinds of B-matter, the one having strangeness Bs+ and the other having no strangeness B+ and these ``B-matters'' can from bound states with muonic leptons (i.e. νμ and μ-) only. Using this model and the model of muon decay proposed previously by the author, it is shwon that we can have a uniform picture of all weak interactions. Moreover, |Δ S|=1 rule and Δ S/Δ Q=-1 decays can be interpreted in the very general framework of weak processes. This also helps us to understand the stability νe, νμ, e- and p and the instability of all other particles satisfactorily.
