A dynamical model suggested for the formation of soft X-ray emitting hot loops in solar flares is tested by numerical simulations of a solar model atmosphere in a magnetic loop. The atmosphere changes its state and forms a hot loop when the flare energy is released in the form of liberated heat at the top or around the transition region. The thermal components of radiations emitted from flare regions are interpreted in a unified manner by using physical quantities computed as functions of time and position in the flare loop model.
