We studied a model of an extragalactic radio source in that electrons accelerated in injection place (in a hot spot) are flowing in the cocoon region and are evolving as a result of energy losing by synchrotron radiation. We analysed the sources with magnetic field and velocity of the expansion of relativistic electron plasma changing with distance from a hot spot. Emission spectra were simulated for various inhomogeneous parameters of the source and with consideration for the reabsorption of radiation in the filamentous source medium. A cutting, steepness and gapping of the integral spectra which are detected for 10-100 MHz frequency bands are explained.
