An Euler-Lagrange coordinate transformation is applied to a computed solar wind velocity data set to obtain fluid streamlines which are also magnetic field lines. Plotting these lines for high-resolution simulation data provides detailed information about the time variation of corotating interaction regions in the equatorial plane of the heliosphere.
