The LOBSTER-ISS is a proposed imaging all sky monitor for the 1 - 5 keV
X-ray band. It will monitor much of the sky on a 90 minute (orbital)
timescale. I will briefly discuss how observations with LOBSTER will
address several important science questions related to accreting X-ray
binaries.
